1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RightHen platform (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
RightHen provides a professional networking platform that connects startup founders, investors, mentors, and developers for idea sharing, investment, and collaboration. Services include profile creation, mentorship hosting, verified connections, events, and project development via the Internship Portal.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or legally competent under applicable laws to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. RightHen shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscription and Payment
Certain features, including Pro memberships, badges, boosts, and mentorship listings, require paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via Razorpay or Cashfree. All fees are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Verified Roles and Badges
Verification requires submission of identity and/or business proof. RightHen reserves the right to reject verification if documents are incomplete or unverifiable.
7. Content Ownership and Use
Users retain ownership of the content they post. By submitting content, you grant RightHen a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform’s ecosystem.
8. Restrictions on Copying, Scraping and Reuse
Unauthorized copying, scraping, harvesting, republishing, or redistribution of content, profiles, or personal data from the RightHen platform is strictly prohibited. You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data from the Service without our express written permission. If you copy content from the portal for permitted uses (for example, quoting a public profile), you must provide clear attribution and comply with applicable law. RightHen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and pursue legal remedies for unauthorized copying or misuse.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Solicit funds for unlawful purposes.
- Use automated scripts or bots for engagement without permission.
- Attempt to breach platform security or misuse data.
10. Mentorship and Development Deals
All mentorship sessions and developer rentals are handled transparently within the platform. RightHen acts as an intermediary and is not liable for performance, accuracy, or outcomes beyond the stated service facilitation.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content of RightHen are protected by Indian and international IP laws. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
12. Termination
RightHen may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms or illegal activity.
13. Limitation of Liability
RightHen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of platform usage. The maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the preceding 6 months.
14. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
15. Modifications
RightHen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with revised effective dates.
