Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments for Pro memberships, verified badges, or boosted posts are non-refundable once activated, as they provide immediate digital service access.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Transaction failure without service activation.

To request a refund, users must email support@righthen.com within 7 working days of the transaction, including proof of payment.

3. Mentorship and Event Refunds

Refunds for mentorship bookings or pitch events are not provided once a session or event begins. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled time may receive event credits at RightHen's discretion.

4. Development Rentals

Refunds are not applicable for development rental projects once work has commenced, as services involve allocated developer and intern resources.

5. RightHen Rights

RightHen reserves the right to reject refund claims if abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is detected.
